The impeccable service from Claire Rudloff was both professional and welcoming, adding to the delightful experience. The attention to detail, from the check-in process to the luxurious Aristotle Onassis Suite, impressed me beyond measure. The hotel effortlessly blends heritage charm with modern glamour, making it a standout choice in Hamburg. My heartfelt gratitude to the staff for an unforgettable stay.
